研究领域:
多年来致力于药物超分子组装的设计、制备及性能评价等工作,尤其在血管新生相关疾病模型上的应用研究方面具备了丰富的理论及实践基础,并且系统探索验证新生血管靶向治疗新策略。通过研究生物安全性较高的金属离子和临床用药物之间的配位组装机制,进而可控实现药物高效超分子组装。提出并科学阐述了一种新型的超分子药物组装理论方法。
基于此的研究方向有:眼部共组装制剂、眼药水的研发;眼部新生血管相关疾病诊疗一体化的研究;眼部经血管介入治疗。
