研究领域
许韧教授长期聚焦于运动系统干/祖细胞及其微环境的调控机制,深入探究靶向成骨化细胞构建的临床潜能,并首次在四大医学杂志(Lancet, 2024)上提出新型骨骼干细胞的临床转化潜能。其中核心工作为:在国际上首次发现感觉神经调控成骨功能的分子机制(Nature, 2013; Nature Communications, 2021);率先提出基于组织特异性血管为靶点的骨病防治理念(Nature Medicine, 2018; Bone Research, 2020);绘制首个人类和小鼠早期椎间盘形成的时空转录图谱(Advanced Science, 2023;Advanced Science, 2024); 多维度解析新型促成骨化靶点“Schnurri-3”的系统生物学功能(Pharmacological Research, 2023; Journal of Orthopaedic Translation, 2024; Bone Research, 2024; Nature Communications, 2024)。
